Rental Agreement

- Ensure the delivery site is accessible for our trucks

- Not move, relocate, or tamper with rented units
- Notify us promptly of any issues or damage
Delivery and Pickup
We will deliver equipment to the specified location on the agreed date. The customer is responsible for:
- Providing clear access for delivery trucks (minimum 10-foot clearance)
- Ensuring the delivery area is level and suitable for placement
- Being available or having a representative present for delivery coordination
- Notifying us of any access codes, gate requirements, or special instructions
Servicing
Regular servicing is included with rentals as specified in your agreement. Service technicians require access to units during scheduled service times. If access is blocked or unavailable, a return trip fee may apply.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Keep units in reasonable condition during the rental period
- Report any damage, vandalism, or maintenance needs promptly
- Not place foreign objects in the units that could cause damage
- Allow service technician access during scheduled servicing
Damage and Loss
The customer is responsible for any damage to rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear. This includes vandalism, theft, misuse, or damage caused by moving the units without authorization. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed based on actual damages.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are established at the time of rental agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Rental charges continue until equipment is picked up.
Cancellation
Cancellation policies vary based on rental type and timing. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or modify your rental.
Limitation of Liability
Fortis Porta Potty Rental Jacksonville provides equipment in good working condition. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment use or service interruptions.

Our services are limited to Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas within our delivery zone. Delivery availability and fees may vary by location.
